The Korean Actors 200, an overseas promotion campaign for Korean film actors by the Film Promotion Committee, will be held as a photo exhibition in Busan. The photo exhibition is the second photo exhibition in Korea following the New York photo exhibition visited by Mrs. Kim Jung-sook and BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook) in September.
The Youngjin Committee announced on the 5th that the photo exhibition will run from the 6th to the 31st at the Busan Cinema Center. In this photo exhibition, you can also meet actors who participated in the campaign among Korean films invited to this year's Busan International Film Festival.
Meanwhile, the 200 Korean Film Actors New York Photo Exhibition, which BTS visited, has been held at Gallery Korea of the Korean Cultural Center in New York due to its explosive popularity since the opening event was held on the 8th of last month.
Kim Young-jin, chairman of the Youngjin Committee, said, "As the title suggests, the exhibition is a bold declaration that the actor is here to impress the world." We expect the simultaneous exhibition at home and abroad to further solidify the status of Korean actors around the world, and to serve as a stepping stone for raising awareness and entering overseas stages for actors who have already been less exposed to the global film industry, he said.
