Bang Sihyuk, chairman of Hive, buys 10.8 billion won of the highest-priced apartment in Gangbuk.
Amid the recent tendency to prefer "one smart house" due to multi-housing regulations, Hive Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, who discovered singer BTS (BTS), purchased Hannam, the highest-priced apartment in Gangbuk, Seoul, for 10.8 billion won. The sale price is the second of the actual transaction prices of apartments in Korea and the most expensive among apartments north of the Han River.
According to the industry and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's actual transaction price disclosure system, Bang Si-hyuk, chairman of the board of directors, purchased a 268.67㎡ (81.27 pyeong) Park Hannam apartment in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, for 10.8 billion won on September 9 this year. The amount is 800 million won higher than the actual transaction price in August this year, just before the same equilibrium. Currently, Chairman Bang is in the process of registering ownership transfer through a lawyer belonging to Kim & Chang, a law firm.

The size of 273.96 square meters (82.87 pyeong) dedicated to PH129 was traded at 11.5 billion won in March this year, breaking the record high.
