BTS j-hope's "My Universe" MV scene, reborn as a British cartoonist.
The music video appearance of BTS (BTS) j-hope has been reborn as a cartoonist's work.
British painter and famous cartoonist Shitty Watercolour released a cartoon depicting J-Hope dancing with an alien in his SNS music video on September 30.
"My Universe" is a collaboration song between famous British rock band Coldplay and BTS and topped the U.S. Billboard Hot100 upon its release.
The music video shows Coldplay, BTS, and alien band Super Nova 7 playing together beyond different spaces and surveillance in a future universe where music is banned. Against the backdrop of a super-large universe, the three groups created a mysterious scene of meeting through holograms.
J-Hope sang Korean rap lyrics while dancing with Angel Moon, an angel-like alien who plays a unique wind instrument. The scene drew a lot of attention as it was believed to have implicitly shown the message of the music video.
The Sheetty Water Color delivered the costumes, colors, and mysterious atmosphere of J-Hope and the moon angel, while showing its unique warm and unique character description.
On the side of the picture, VAN, a guardian and fan club ARMY among the BTS characters BT21, also drew attention as it watched J-Hope and the moon angel through a telescope. It is interpreted that fans around the world at the time of the release of the music video pleasantly described the atmosphere in which they expressed surprise at J-Hope and the moon angel dancing affectionately.
Fans who saw Sheetty Watercolor's works showed various and witty reactions, such as "So cute," "Are we spies?" and "It's a painful but beautiful scene."
